The body can absorb a maximum of 200mg of Vitamin C at any one time, meaning that for best absorption, we need to take small amounts and take them often. The liposomal delivery system protects the Vitamin C from damage and this results in a much higher level availability than a regular Vitamin C supplement.

Directions for Use
