Bifidobacterium lactis is a high quality strain that has been scientifically proven to survive stomach acidity and biliary salts to reach the gut alive. The ingredient FOS (Fructooligosaccharide) present is a soluble fibre, which may act as a food source for the body's natural bacteria and as roughage in the bowels.

Directions for Use
Adults and Children over 1 year: Take 1 sachet (and up to 4 sachets if required) with food, preferably with breakfast every day.
Ongoing use after the first few weeks 1 sachet will often suffice. Shake the sachet, then gradually sprinkle the contents into a glass of water. Dissolve fully before drinking. For best results take daily.
Drink plenty of water with this supplement. FOS may initially result in flatulence in some people. These effects are temporary and should stop as the body adjusts. If this continue for 3-4 days, consider reducing the dosage.
