Bifidobacterium lactis is a high quality strain that has been scientifically proven to survive stomach acidity and biliary salts to reach the gut alive. The ingredient FOS (Fructooligosaccharide) present is a soluble fibre, which may act as a food source for the body's natural bacteria and as roughage in the bowels.
Adults and Children over 1 year: Take 1 sachet (and up to 4 sachets if required) with food, preferably with breakfast every day.
Ongoing use after the first few weeks 1 sachet will often suffice. Shake the sachet, then gradually sprinkle the contents into a glass of water. Dissolve fully before drinking. For best results take daily.
