How to use

  • Determine the symbols for the left and right foot on each cushion.
  • Test the placement in the shoe before peeling off the protective film.
  • Make sure the cushion is positioned under the ball of the foot, with the tapered end pointing towards the heel.
  • Remove the protective film from the cushions and stick them down in the shoe. If necessary, adjust the position to ensure both cushions are aligned identically in each shoe.
  • When removing, do so slowly and carefully, pressing down on the shoe's insole adjacent to the cushion with your other hand. 
  • Replace the cushions after six months or at the first sign of wear.

    How to use
