How to Refill DuoCleanse
Good news! Once you’ve finished DuoCleanse the compartment can be refilled. Simply repurchase the refill and send your empties back in the post or return to one of our stores. Check out our refill video here for info on how to refill.
1: Pop off the lid, twist the top connection to the left and lift off
2: Repeat with the bottom piece by twisting right and swap in your refill
3: Screw off the cap from the refill
4: Connect the original pump to the new refill
5: Place the cleansers back together
6: Place the bottom piece back on by twisting left
7: Place the connection back on and twist back into place (Make sure that DuoCleanse is at the front with Step 1 and Step 2)
