A mother's nipple naturally conforms to a baby's mouth, which is why the enhanced NUK First Choice + teats are designed to mimic a mother's nipple during breastfeeding. This not only provides comfort to babies but also supports the development of their mouth, lips, and tongue as the soft nipple adapts to various shapes.
The NUK First Choice + teat boasts an orthodontic, asymmetrical shape, broad lip rest, and a new softer tip that fits a baby's mouth perfectly, offering an experience akin to breastfeeding. This design is so natural that most infants scarcely discern any difference. Additionally, the NUK Teat incorporates the NUK Anti-colic Air System, which introduces air into the bottle via an advanced vent, reducing the ingestion of air by the baby and aiding in the prevention of colic.

For safety and hygiene purposes we recommend that you replace teats after 1-2 months of use or whenever they start to show signs of wear.
Prior to sterilization, we recommend using the NUK Baby Bottle Cleanser, its natural formula removes dried milk protein, pulp, and juice residues more effectively than hot soapy water alone. To sterilize bottles and teats we recommend using steam, cold water sterilization, or a NUK Steam or Microwave Steriliser. We do not recommend dishwasher sterilization as this can cause material damage.
