Use in the shower or bath to wash daily with a gentle fragrance-free cleanser or as often as required.

Tip: Apply a body moisturiser, Lipikar Baume, straight after the bath/shower while the body is still damp. Massage until the cream is absorbed. Apply a repairing balm like Cicaplast Baume, to any areas of particular irritation or dryness.
