Bio-Kult Migréa is a unique multispecies, multi-strain probiotic supplement with 14 strains of beneficial bacteria designed to target the digestive tract with added magnesium and vitamin B6, both of which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Research suggests that magnesium (90mg -24% NRV) may help increase resilience to stress. Vitamin B6 (8mg -571% NRV) contributes to the normal function of the immune system and has been shown in studies to help protect against inflammation. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

The beneficial bacteria in Bio-Kult are cryoprotected during the freeze drying process, which gives two main benefits:
• They are protected from the harsh acid environment of the stomach and are therefore able to colonise the full length of the gastrointestinal tract.
• The process allows Bio-Kult to be stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration.

Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 1-2 capsules once daily with food and continue taking the product for a minimum 8-10 weeks.

Children under 12: Not recommended with consulting

Excess / high doses of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in some sensitive individuals. Long term intakes (>10mg/day) of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Note: Contains soya and milk, used in the fermentation process. Content of milk is at a level that would not affect lactose intolerant sufferers. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
