Thiamin, also known as Vitamin B1, is a water-soluble vitamin that is required for the normal function of the nervous system.

Thiamin is found within the brain's nervous tissue and can become depleted if large amounts of alcohol are consumed. Thiamin is needed to help with a normal energy metabolism level, as it converts carbohydrates into fuel. There are 120 tablets in each bottle.

AYA Thiamin is used for:

• Heart and Circulation.
• Mental Function. 

The recommended dose is to take one tablet daily (but up to 3 a day can be taken) with a meal. It is advised to swallow the tablet with water.
